All of your orders will arrive in a box customised with the Max Mara logo, the perfect gift packaging. Max Mara is delighted to offer this packaging free of charge to all customers without any need to select the option at checkout.
Inside the box, you will find your order protected by special tissue paper, the return instructions and a note thanking you for choosing us.
For the festive season or for brand initiatives, the box will be customised with different colours and designs for an even more exclusive experience.

Amendments can be made before the warehouse has processed the order. If you’ve changed your mind, we suggest that you contact Customer Service immediately and they will check the status of your request.
Orders are delivered within approximately 6-8 working days. Products are delivered by courier during office hours, Monday to Friday. Shipments and deliveries are not made on public holidays. Always choose an address where someone can receive the delivery. If you prefer to have your order sent to the office or reception, please also give the name of the contact person.
The courier will make another delivery attempt and/or you will receive an automated email in which to reschedule the delivery.
If you do not receive this email or the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, please contact Customer Service.
We cannot deliver to post office boxes and poste restante. We’re sorry, but an exchange cannot be requested online at the moment.
If you need to exchange the size or colour, you can return the products free of charge and make a new purchase.
If you decide to return products from the same order at different times, you must start a separate return procedure for each request.
You have 14 days from the delivery of your order to request an online return and a further 14 days to have the items collected by the courier. This service is completely free.

You will need:

• The email address you used when making your purchase
IF YOU ARE A REGISTERED USER:
• Log in to your My Max Mara account
• Go to the “My Orders” section and choose the product to return
Complete your return by following these simple steps:
- Click on “Return Product”
- Choose a reason
- Arrange collection of the package with the courier: call the telephone number given in the email or visit the courier’s website. Make sure that it is within 14 days of the request to return the item.
- Review the information in the summary
- Click on Submit Request
Our Quality Control Office will check the returned item for conformity. If the outcome is positive, you will receive a confirmation email with the refund details within a few days.
The return can only be sent from the country where you received the order. If sent from a different country, it will be blocked by customs.
